What should I wear for the forest walk?森歩きの服装は？
Comfortable walking shoes with good grip are recommended. Stone steps can be slippery after rain.滑りにくい歩きやすい靴をおすすめします。雨上がりは石段が滑りやすくなります。
What happens if it rains?雨の場合はどうなりますか？
Light rain tours go ahead with an adjusted route. In heavy rain, we will suggest an indoor alternative or reschedule free of charge.小雨の場合はルートを調整して実施します。大雨の場合は屋内プランへの変更、または無料で日程変更いたします。
How do I pay?支払い方法は？
Cash (JPY) or online payment. Details are sent with your booking confirmation.現金（日本円）またはオンライン決済に対応しています。詳細は予約確定時にご案内します。
What is the cancellation policy?キャンセル規定は？
Free cancellation up to 3 days before the tour. 50% is charged after that, and 100% on the day.3日前まで無料。それ以降は50%、当日は100%のキャンセル料がかかります。
